After I came from Germany to St. Andrews New Brunswick, Canada in 2000 to open the 'Europa' Inn and Restaurant with my husband Markus I started to paint in watercolour.  My paintings in bold colours are inspired by the fresh ingredients used in our restaurant's kitchen, the land and seascapes that feature God's wonderful creation in the stunning natural beauty that surrounds us, and architecture of the Maritimes.
